Alaska’s leaders continue to implore the public to take pandemic precautions seriously. They specifically advise wearing masks, avoiding gatherings, frequently handwashing and staying at least 6 feet from non-household members. Many of the state’s most recent cases have been linked to households and small get-togethers, health officials say.
